Finally! The verification procedures will hopefully allow us to have normal relations with the North Koreans and ease tensions in the region.

One step closer to one less nuclear power in that region is good news for everyone.
Iran, on the other hand, is being much less cooperative as it looks like they are just using our talks with them as a way to stall for time.
