Will someone please stand up for the Constitution? Both candidates seem to be ignoring it.

Obama was a constitutional law professor and says that he "respects the Constitution." I just can't see how he can make that claim after supporting this bill.

Very disappointing. I was hoping that he'd speak out about telecom immunity and convince the Democrats in Congress to reconsider.

This is very disturbing to me. I had higher hopes for Obama. Now I cannot support him. I only wish I could take back my campaign contribution.
